From her perspective as a mental health consultant, Neasa will provide a venue for Career Practitioners to explore, question and ask about difficult situations that arise with clients. Neasa will also explore the concept of “inclusion by design,” looking at how issues of language, history, social justice and equity can affect change in organizations.
